Step 1: Please fill out the survey form here to let us know you are interested or planning to come, and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. This form can be filled out by parents or youth. Adult participants should also complete the survey.

Step 2: Submit a permission and medical release form. Please include any dietary restrictions, medical issues, or medications here. All participants should submit a medical release form, including adults who are staying overnight.

Step 3: Make a $45 donation to your ward using the “Local – Youth Camp Registration” box on the online donation form (adult volunteers including Mas and Pas do not need to contribute). Please talk to your bishop if you have any questions or concerns about paying for trek.
